1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance: Performs periodic servicing such as changing engine oil, filters, spark plugs, and checking vehicle fluids.
Fault Diagnosis: Uses modern diagnostic equipment to detect problems with a vehicle's mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
System Repair: Repairs or replaces defective components in the engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and air conditioning systems.
Safety Inspection: Conducts test drives and comprehensive inspections to ensure vehicles are safe to use before being handed over to customers.
Customer Consultation: Provides technical advice on proper maintenance and estimated repair costs.
